The process of demineralization

In the process of demineralization, hardeners and salts are bound, the final product is pure H2O (low-salt water with a conductivity of less than 100μs).

Exactly what modern heating systems need. The rate of corrosion drops rapidly due to demineralized water, because the conductivity of the heating water drops. Thus a 5x higher oxygen content compared to purely softened heating water or raw water can be tolerated.

A QR code and a link can be found on each vacuum-packed pack of mixed-bed resin, with which you can look up the quality certificate of the respective batch.

the perfect water for every heating system

The water quality of the fill water is becoming increasingly important for modern heating technology. The water volumes are getting bigger, the heat exchangers are getting more compact and sensitive. The German VDI Guideline 2035 takes a clear position here. It requires protection against limescale deposits (sheet 1) and protection against corrosion (sheet 2). The lower the salinity and thus the conductivity of the water, the lower the likelihood of corrosion. 

 

The VDI speaks clear words here: Low salt or demineralized water complies with both Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 of the VDI.  In low-salt operation below 100 ms / cm, a 5 times higher oxygen content in the water can be tolerated without causing corrosion problems. 

 

With magnetic full demineralization you produce professionally and safely demineralized water for heating systems. The German VdTÜV also recommends using demineralized water as the optimal solution for heating water treatment.

 

So far, however, handling on the construction site has been very complex. This changes significantly thanks to the magnetic filling stations. Filling is convenient and easy to carry out and is monitored with a measuring computer. This gives you security when filling and a high filling speed of up to 1500 liters / h.
